Group Supervision

Clinical supervision groups are a method where professionals, such as therapists, social workers, and nurses, meet to discuss their work with clients, enhance their skills, and meet professional requirements. These groups provide a supportive environment for peer feedback, case consultation, and shared learning, which can be more cost-effective than one-on-one supervision. Participants can gain new insights into challenging cases, develop and nurture professional relationships, and prevent burnout through a shared experience with colleagues.
